On June 18, participants of the 22nd Advanced Course of the Next Generation CEO School for Business Succession, along with representatives from the Korea Federation of SMEs, visited Youngchang Silicone.
In particular, Researcher Hana Kim from the Korea Labor Foundation introduced the HR systems and organizational culture innovation cases that had been developed through seven years of collaboration with Youngchang Silicone, sharing valuable experience and practical know-how that contribute to sustainable business growth.
